Take the score.
Carry the consequences.

Plan a robbery, draft a crew and read the security system. Every prize you take becomes dead weight in your deck when the job turns into a getaway.

01 / THE JOB

The central dilemma

The best prize can ruin the best plan.

Loot is not a number added after the run. Claiming it costs an action, raises Weight and inserts an unplayable card into the deck. A small haul leaves room to escape. A full bag asks whether your build can survive itself.

Read first. Commit second.

Every room states its terms.

Security is difficult because the decisions collide, not because the rules are hidden.

Short runs. Long decisions.

Build a crew for this job, not forever.

Each run offers three operators and asks you to choose two. Their assists change which risks are affordable, so the same rooms produce a different plan.

Playable internal prototype

The complete decision loop is running now.

The current native SwiftUI build covers one deterministic job from crew draft to debrief. It is designed to test the core question before content expansion: does a better score feel worth a worse escape?

This is an active prototype, not an App Store release. Audio, progression, broader content and production art remain staged work.

How much is enough?

Pocket Heist is in private playtesting. The next milestone is learning where greed becomes exciting, unfair or obvious.
